Our custom 4×4 Sprinter termed “The Mountain Goat” is a humble all-in-one service providing premium grip, lighting, camera support, and expendables for small to medium size film and photo productions working across Colorado, Utah and Wyoming’s rugged and beautiful landscapes.
WHO WE SERVE
Mountain Goat Grip & Lighting was built from over two decades of commercial and adventure filmmaking in austere environments. We serve production companies, creative agencies, cinematographers, photographers, independent and documentary filmmakers, and television networks.

Currently there is only one “Mountain Goat” so please check availability here. One of our crew will always accompany the Sprinter as gaffer or a grip. ABOUT
Mountain Goat Grip & Lighting was founded in 2021 by adventure and action sports cinematographer John Roderick. John is a feature film lighting graduate of the Media Media College mentoring under chief lighting technician Morris Flam known for such films as Laurence of Arabia, The Tourist, Walter Middy and Black Swan.
